Reasoning happens on hosted AI models, code and document work happens in a hosted sandbox. There is no local-inference mode. - Nothing you connect is read until you connect it, and every connection can be taken away in one click. Ocur only reaches what you asked it to reach. - We never sell your data and never train models on it — and every provider below is bound the same way for the content we send it. - For data that must not leave your own infrastructure, the answer today is honest: don't put it into Ocur. Contents ## 01Always on — every chat turn Every message you send Ocur, and every message Ocur handles for you on a connected channel, is answered by a hosted AI model. Moonshot is based in the PRC; a deployment that must keep traffic off it changes the default. **OpenAI** Every conversation Ocur holds on a connected channel — WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Teams, email and social platforms — regardless of your model pick; and the unattended background work: dashboard and widget refreshes, digests, heartbeats, collection chases, long-conversation summaries, skill distillation and the extractors for commitments, feedback and competitors Pinned per deployment. Anthropic is the first fallback so one vendor's outage doesn't take your channels down. **Supermemory** Only what Ocur explicitly saves with its memory tool — short, distilled facts — plus one rollup summary per roughly 15,000 tokens of a long chat. Team- and organization-scoped saves wait for a human approve/deny first. There is no background per-turn upload. The ledger stores sanitized display-shape parameters, never credentials, and is deleted with the organization. - **Our file storage**: files you upload and files Ocur generates. - **AgentMail**: the mailbox archive. **OpenAI**: knowledge documents, in the default configuration. - **Your computer**: only the local companion's own small state file. - Connector credentials are encrypted at rest. ## 04What you can switch off - **Draft-only mode and queued approvals** gate actions, not data flows: with them on, Ocur still reads what it needs to draft, but sends and posts nothing without a sign-off. - **Guardrails.** New accounts start on the operator tier: outward actions — sends, posts, controlling your machine — show an approval card; sandbox work and drafts run freely. You widen or narrow this per tool in Settings › Guardrails. - **Disconnect.** Taking a connected account away stops every flow that depended on it, immediately. - **Per deployment**, leaving a service unconfigured switches that service and its feature off, and knowledge can be kept in the deployment's own database. - **Self-hosting** keeps the app and the database in-house; the AI providers, the sandbox, identity and memory remain external services. ## 05Two everyday jobs, traced **Email and calendar.** An inbound mail body arrives at AgentMail → our backend → the chat model. Ocur's memory service sees it only if Ocur explicitly saves a fact from it, and a team-scoped save waits for a human first. Calendar events travel Google or Microsoft → our backend → the chat model. Drafts are written back into the mailbox; with draft-only mode on — the default for new inboxes — nothing is sent by Ocur. **Generating a document.** The template and case data you attach go to our backend (at rest in our file storage) → the sandbox for processing → the chat model for the extracted text → the finished document back through our backend to your browser. If the knowledge base is used, those documents additionally live at OpenAI in the default configuration. ## 06What we will not promise No zero-egress switch There is no setting that keeps your content off every external service, and we won't say there is. If a workflow must not leave your own infrastructure, it does not belong in Ocur today. Das Register speichert bereinigte Anzeigewerte, nie Zugangsdaten, und wird mit der Organisation gelöscht. - **Unser Dateispeicher**: Dateien, die du hochlädst, und Dateien, die Ocur erzeugt. - **AgentMail**: das Postfach-Archiv. **OpenAI**: Wissensdokumente, in der Standardkonfiguration. - **Dein Rechner**: nur die kleine eigene Zustandsdatei der Begleit-App. - Zugangsdaten von Konnektoren sind im Ruhezustand verschlüsselt. ## 04Was du abschalten kannst - **Entwurfsmodus und Freigabe-Warteschlange** regeln Aktionen, nicht Datenflüsse: Damit liest Ocur weiterhin, was es zum Entwerfen braucht, sendet und postet aber nichts ohne dein Okay. - **Leitplanken.** Neue Konten starten auf der Stufe Operator: Aktionen nach außen — Senden, Posten, deinen Rechner steuern — zeigen eine Freigabekarte; Sandbox-Arbeit und Entwürfe laufen frei. In Einstellungen › Leitplanken weitest du das pro Tool aus oder engst es ein. - **Trennen.** Ein verbundenes Konto wegzunehmen stoppt sofort jeden Fluss, der davon abhing. - **Pro Installation** schaltet ein unkonfigurierter Dienst diesen Dienst und seine Funktion ab, und Wissen kann in der eigenen Datenbank der Installation bleiben. - **Self-Hosting** behält die App und die Datenbank im Haus; die KI-Anbieter, die Sandbox, die Identität und das Gedächtnis bleiben externe Dienste. ## 05Zwei Alltagsjobs, nachverfolgt **E-Mail und Kalender.** Eine eingehende Mail kommt bei AgentMail an → unser Backend → das Chat-Modell. Alles, was du nicht ausdrücklich für den Autopilot freigegeben hast, wartet auf deine Freigabe. - Dein Workspace ist von dem jedes anderen Kunden getrennt. Zugangsdaten liegen verschlüsselt. - Dienste trennen oder alles löschen — jederzeit, mit einem Klick. - Deine Daten liegen in der Europäischen Union. Inhalt ## 01Wer wir sind **Ocur** ist das KI-Betriebssystem für Unternehmen. Es klinkt sich in die Plattformen ein, die ein Unternehmen ohnehin nutzt — E-Mail, Kalender, Dateien, Chat, das Web — und erledigt die Arbeit direkt darin, auf Zuruf oder auf Autopilot. Betreiberin von Ocur ist die **OcurAI, Inc.**, eine Delaware C Corporation, eingetragener Sitz 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, Hauptgeschäftssitz Luisenstraße 8, 38448 Wolfsburg, Deutschland („Ocur“, „wir“, „uns“). Für alles hier Beschriebene sind wir **Verantwortliche** im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) — außer dort, wo wir Daten in deinem Auftrag als **Auftragsverarbeiter** verarbeiten, was für die Inhalte gilt, die dein Unternehmen ins Produkt gibt (siehe [Abschnitt 5](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#use)). Nicht erfasst sind die Drittdienste, die du mit Ocur verbindest. Wenn Ocur auf deine Anweisung hin dein Gmail liest oder ein Google Sheet bearbeitet, gilt für das, was Google selbst mit diesen Daten macht, weiterhin Googles eigene Datenschutzerklärung. ## 03Welche Daten wir verarbeiten ### Kontodaten Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Profilbild, die Organisation, zu der du gehörst, und deine Rolle darin. Die Anmeldung übernimmt Clerk für uns; wir speichern das daraus entstehende Profil, damit klar ist, wem welcher Workspace gehört. ### Die Inhalte, die du Ocur gibst Alles, was du hineingibst, und alles, was dabei entsteht: Chatnachrichten und Spracheingaben, hochgeladene Dateien und Dokumente, dein Wissensspeicher, die Automatisierungen und Aufgaben, die du einrichtest, die Erinnerungen, die du (oder deine Admins) ausdrücklich speicherst, und das Protokoll jedes Durchlaufs. ### Daten aus den Konten, die du verbindest Ocur lässt sich mit Google (Gmail, Kalender, Drive, Kontakte), Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Trello, Telegram, WhatsApp und Discord verbinden — und mit allem, was du über einen eigenen Konnektor oder einen MCP-Server ergänzt. Nach dem Verbinden liest und schreibt Ocur dort ausschließlich, um die Arbeit zu erledigen, um die du gebeten hast. [Abschnitt 4](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#google) beschreibt den Fall Google vollständig. ### Nutzungs- und technische Daten Server-Logs (IP-Adresse, Browser- und Gerätetyp, Zeitstempel, aufgerufener Endpunkt), Fehlerdiagnosen, die pro Durchlauf verbrauchten Tokens und ein Prüfprotokoll aller Aktionen, die Ocur für dich ausgeführt hat — genau das macht das Versprechen „jeder Schritt protokolliert“ real. ### Zahlungsdaten Tarif, Rechnungen, Rechnungsland, Umsatzsteuerstatus. Kartenzahlungen laufen über Stripe — **vollständige Kartennummern sehen und speichern wir nie**. ### Website-Daten Aggregierte, cookiefreie Produktanalyse auf ocur.ai. Siehe [Abschnitt 13](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#cookies). ## 04Google-Nutzerdaten Ocur ist ein Client der Google-API-Dienste. Weil Gmail, Kalender und Drive zum Sensibelsten gehören, was ein Unternehmen aus der Hand gibt, steht hier genau, worum wir bitten, was wir damit tun — und was wir damit niemals tun. ### Nichts ist verbunden, bevor du es verbindest Der Google-Zugriff ist dienstweise und freiwillig. Gmail zu verbinden verbindet nicht Drive; den Kalender zu verbinden verbindet nicht Gmail. Du erteilst jede Berechtigung einzeln in den Konnektor-Einstellungen, siehst dabei Googles eigenen Zustimmungsbildschirm mit der Liste der Berechtigungen und kannst jede davon jederzeit zurücknehmen ([Abschnitt 11](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#controls)). ### Die Berechtigungen, um die wir bitten — und wofür Scope Was er erlaubt Wofür Ocur ihn braucht openid userinfo.email userinfo.profile E-Mail-Adresse, Name und Profilbild des verbundenen Google-Kontos lesen. Damit sichtbar ist, welches Konto verbunden ist, und bei mehreren das richtige verwendet wird. gmail.readonly Nachrichten, Threads, Labels und Anhänge im verbundenen Postfach lesen. Posteingang sichten und zusammenfassen, den gefragten Thread finden, die Rechnung aus dem Anhang ziehen, „was hat der Lieferant wirklich geschrieben?“ beantworten. gmail.modify Labels setzen und entfernen, als gelesen markieren, archivieren, Entwürfe verwalten. Den Posteingang in den Zustand bringen, um den du gebeten hast — einsortieren, archivieren, nach einem Durchlauf aufräumen. gmail.compose Entwürfe im verbundenen Postfach erstellen und bearbeiten. Eine Antwort vorbereiten, die du erst liest und freigibst, bevor irgendetwas rausgeht. gmail.send Eine Nachricht aus dem verbundenen Postfach senden. Die Antwort oder die Zahlungserinnerung tatsächlich verschicken, sobald du freigibst — oder automatisch, wenn du diese Aufgabe selbst auf Autopilot gestellt hast. contacts.readonly profile.emails.read Deine Google-Kontakte und deren E-Mail-Adressen lesen. Damit „schreib Anna wegen der Rechnung“ bei der richtigen Anna landet, ohne dass du die Adresse nachschlägst. calendar.events Termine im verbundenen Kalender lesen, anlegen, ändern und löschen. „Wann habe ich Zeit?“ beantworten, das Meeting buchen, es verschieben, wenn die Gegenseite umplant. drive Dateien im verbundenen Drive öffnen, anlegen, bearbeiten und organisieren. Die Arbeit im echten Dokument erledigen — die Rechnungstabelle abgleichen, das Deck aktualisieren, den Export dort ablegen, wo er hingehört. Wir fragen den engsten Satz an Berechtigungen ab, mit dem diese Funktionen durchgängig arbeiten. Braucht eine Funktion eine Berechtigung nicht mehr, fällt die Berechtigung weg. ### Was wir mit Google-Daten tun - **Wir nutzen sie ausschließlich für die Funktionen, um die du gebeten hast.** Ein Durchlauf holt, was die Aufgabe braucht, erledigt sie und meldet das Ergebnis zurück. - **Wir legen keine Kopie deines Postfachs oder deines Drive an.** Ocur hält keine laufende Spiegelung deines Google-Kontos. Was danach bleibt, ist das Protokoll des Durchlaufs in deinem Workspace: die Unterhaltung, das Ergebnis, der Prüfeintrag — dazu das, was du oder deine Admins ausdrücklich ins Unternehmensgedächtnis oder den Wissensspeicher übernommen haben. - **Access- und Refresh-Tokens liegen verschlüsselt** und werden nur benutzt, um in deinem Auftrag mit Google zu sprechen. - **Dein Workspace ist isoliert.** Google-Daten aus deinem Konto werden nie mit denen anderer Kunden vermischt und nie verwendet, um die Frage eines anderen Kunden zu beantworten. Limited-Use-Erklärung Die Verwendung und Weitergabe von Informationen, die Ocur über Google-APIs erhält, an andere Anwendungen erfolgt im Einklang mit der [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) einschließlich der [Limited-Use-Anforderungen](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional-requirements-for-specific-api-scopes). Insbesondere gilt: **Wir verwenden weder Google-Workspace-APIs noch darüber erhaltene Daten, um allgemeine Modelle künstlicher Intelligenz oder des maschinellen Lernens zu entwickeln, zu verbessern oder zu trainieren.** Inhalte aus Gmail, Google Kalender, Google Drive oder Google Kontakte gehen nur an unsere KI-Anbieter, um die konkrete Aufgabe zu erledigen, um die du gebeten hast — auf Basis von Verträgen, die ein Training ihrer Modelle damit untersagen (siehe [Abschnitt 6](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#ai)). ### Was wir mit Google-Daten niemals tun - Wir verkaufen sie nicht und geben sie nicht an Datenhändler oder Adresshändler weiter. - Wir nutzen sie nicht für Werbung, Ad-Targeting oder irgendeinen Zweck, der nichts mit den von dir gewünschten Funktionen zu tun hat. - Wir bauen daraus kein Profil von dir zum Nutzen Dritter. - Kein Mensch bei Ocur liest sie — außer in vier engen Fällen: mit deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung (etwa wenn du uns bittest, einen bestimmten Durchlauf anzusehen), soweit zwingend für Sicherheits- oder Missbrauchsuntersuchungen erforderlich, soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, oder wenn die Daten so aggregiert und anonymisiert sind, dass sie niemanden mehr identifizieren. ## 05Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen Soweit dein Unternehmen unser Kunde ist, verarbeiten wir die Inhalte in deinem Workspace **auf deine Weisung als Auftragsverarbeiter** — dein Unternehmen entscheidet, was hineingeht und was Ocur damit tun darf. Wo wir die Zwecke selbst bestimmen (Konten betreiben, abrechnen, den Dienst absichern, die Website verbessern), sind wir Verantwortliche. Die Rechtsgrundlagen nach Art. 6 DSGVO: Was wir tun Rechtsgrundlage Das Produkt bereitstellen: Aufgaben ausführen, Konnektoren bedienen, Gedächtnis führen, Ergebnisse liefern Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b — sowie deine Weisung als Kunde Ein Drittkonto verbinden und darin handeln Deine Einwilligung, erteilt je Dienst im Moment des Verbindens, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a Dienst absichern, Missbrauch verhindern, Fehler beheben Berechtigte Interessen, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f Abrechnung, Rechnungsstellung, steuerliche Aufzeichnungen Vertrag und rechtliche Verpflichtung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und c Aggregierte Produktanalyse und Verbesserung des Dienstes Berechtigte Interessen, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f — aggregiert, nie auf Inhaltsebene Service-E-Mails ohne Abmeldemöglichkeit (Sicherheit, Abrechnung, Störungen) Vertrag, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten und betreiben keine verhaltensbasierte Werbung. ## 06KI-Modelle und Verarbeitung deiner Inhalte Ocur basiert auf großen Sprachmodellen. Um zu antworten oder eine Aufgabe zu erledigen, geht der relevante Teil deiner Inhalte — deine Nachricht, das betreffende Dokument, der zu lesende E-Mail-Thread — an einen Modellanbieter, wird dort verarbeitet, und das Ergebnis kommt zurück. Diese Anbieter sind derzeit **Anthropic**, **OpenAI** und **Google** (Gemini), dazu **ElevenLabs** für Sprache im Voice-Modus. - **Sie trainieren nicht mit deinen Inhalten.** Wir nutzen diese Anbieter unter ihren Geschäfts-/API-Bedingungen, die ein Training mit über die API übermittelten Daten untersagen. - **Auch wir trainieren keine Modelle mit deinen Inhalten** — weder eigene noch Fine-Tunes fremder Modelle. - **Es geht nur raus, was die Aufgabe braucht.** Ocur übergibt den Kontext für die konkrete Aufgabe, nicht deinen gesamten Workspace. - **Modellausgaben können falsch sein.** Genau deshalb wartet alles Folgenreiche auf eine menschliche Freigabe, solange du diese Aufgabe nicht bewusst auf Autopilot gestellt hast. ## 07Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter Wir geben Daten an die Dienstleister weiter, die Ocur funktionieren lassen — an sonst niemanden. Jeder von ihnen ist über einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gebunden, darf nur auf unsere Weisung handeln und erhält nur, was er für seine Aufgabe braucht. Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht an Werbetreibende. Darüber hinaus geben wir Daten nur weiter, wenn das Gesetz es verlangt (ein wirksames, bindendes Ersuchen, das wir prüfen und dem wir widersprechen, wo wir können), oder im Fall einer Fusion oder Übernahme — dann erfährst du es, bevor deine Daten einer anderen Datenschutzerklärung unterliegen. ## 08Wo deine Daten liegen Ocur läuft auf Infrastruktur in der **Europäischen Union**. Einige der oben genannten Anbieter arbeiten außerhalb der EU oder unterstützen von dort. Wo Daten in ein Land ohne EU-Angemessenheitsbeschluss gelangen, ist die Übermittlung durch die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission zusammen mit den technischen Maßnahmen aus [Abschnitt 10](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#security) abgesichert. Die OcurAI, Inc. ist in Delaware eingetragen — das verschiebt deine Daten aber nicht: Die Systeme, die sie halten, laufen in der EU, und die US-Rechtsform gibt niemandem automatisch Zugriff darauf. An Behörden geben wir Daten nur auf ein wirksames, bindendes Ersuchen heraus, das wir prüfen und dem wir widersprechen, wo wir können. ## 09Speicherdauer Daten Gespeichert Konto- und Organisationsdaten Solange das Konto besteht; gelöscht, wenn du es löschst Unterhaltungen, Dateien, Erinnerungen, Automatisierungen Bis du sie löschst oder das Konto gelöscht wird Konnektor-Zugangsdaten und Tokens Bis du den Dienst trennst oder das Konto löschst Prüfprotokoll der für dich ausgeführten Aktionen Standardmäßig 180 Tage Server- und Sicherheits-Logs Bis zu 90 Tage Rechnungen und steuerliche Unterlagen Solange handels- und steuerrechtliche Fristen es verlangen (in Deutschland bis zu 10 Jahre) Verschlüsselte Backups Rollierendes Fenster von höchstens 35 Tagen, danach überschrieben Was du löschst, verschwindet sofort aus den Live-Systemen und läuft innerhalb des oben genannten Fensters aus den verschlüsselten Backups. ## 10Sicherheit - **Verschlüsselt bei der Übertragung** (TLS) **und im Ruhezustand**. - **Konnektor-Zugangsdaten bekommen eine zweite Schicht:** Jeder Access- und Refresh-Token wird zusätzlich verschlüsselt, bevor er in die Datenbank geschrieben wird — mit einem Schlüssel, der außerhalb der Datenbank liegt. - **Mandantentrennung.** Die Daten jedes Workspace — auch sein Gedächtnis-Container — sind auf diesen Workspace begrenzt und aus keinem anderen erreichbar. - **Minimalprinzip intern.** Zugriff auf die Produktivumgebung haben nur die Personen, die ihn brauchen, und er wird protokolliert. - **Schutzmechanismen im Produkt selbst.** Admins entscheiden, was unbeaufsichtigt laufen darf; alles andere wartet mit Zeitlimit auf Freigabe, und jede Aktion landet im Prüfprotokoll. - **Meldung von Verletzungen.** Betrifft eine Datenschutzverletzung deine personenbezogenen Daten, melden wir sie der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde innerhalb von 72 Stunden, soweit die DSGVO das verlangt, und informieren dich unverzüglich. Sicherheitslücke gefunden? Schreib an [security@ocur.ai](mailto:security@ocur.ai) — wir arbeiten mit dir daran und gehen nicht gegen dich vor, wenn du sie in gutem Glauben meldest. ## 11Trennen und löschen ### Einen Dienst trennen Öffne in Ocur die Konnektor-Einstellungen und wähle beim betreffenden Dienst **Trennen**. Die dafür gespeicherten Zugangsdaten werden gelöscht, und Ocur verliert den Zugriff sofort. ### Bei Google widerrufen Du kannst Ocur den Zugriff jederzeit auch direkt bei Google entziehen, unabhängig von uns, unter [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Dasselbe gilt für die entsprechenden Einstellungen bei Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, Notion und jedem anderen Dienst, den du verbunden hast. ### Alles löschen Mit dem Löschen deines Kontos verschwinden Profil, Unterhaltungen, Dateien, Wissen, Erinnerungen, Automatisierungen und gespeicherte Zugangsdaten aus unseren Live-Systemen und laufen innerhalb des Fensters aus [Abschnitt 9](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#retention) aus den verschlüsselten Backups. Wenn wir das für dich übernehmen sollen oder du eine schriftliche Bestätigung möchtest, schreib an [privacy@ocur.ai](mailto:privacy@ocur.ai) — wir erledigen es innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Es bleibt nur, was wir gesetzlich aufbewahren müssen, etwa Rechnungen. ## 12Deine Rechte Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf: - **Auskunft** über die zu dir gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten und eine Kopie davon. - **Berichtigung** unrichtiger Daten. - **Löschung** („Recht auf Vergessenwerden“). - **Einschränkung** der Verarbeitung und **Widerspruch** gegen Verarbeitungen auf Basis berechtigter Interessen. - **Datenübertragbarkeit** — Herausgabe in einem strukturierten, maschinenlesbaren Format. - **Widerruf einer Einwilligung** jederzeit, ohne dass die bisherige Rechtmäßigkeit berührt wird. - **Beschwerde** bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Bist du Mitarbeiterin oder Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens, das Ocur nutzt, kontrolliert dein Arbeitgeber diesen Workspace — wir verweisen dich dorthin und helfen ihm, dir zu antworten. ### Wenn du in Kalifornien lebst Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten und geben sie nicht für kontextübergreifende Werbung weiter — weder nach CCPA/CPRA noch sonst. Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner Kaliforniens können Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung verlangen; Nachteile entstehen daraus nicht. Es trifft keine Entscheidungen, die dir gegenüber rechtliche Wirkung entfalten oder dich in ähnlicher Weise erheblich beeinträchtigen im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO. Folgenreiche Aktionen warten auf eine menschliche Freigabe, sofern deine Organisation die betreffende Aufgabe nicht ausdrücklich auf Autopilot gestellt hat, und alles, was Ocur tut, ist protokolliert und von den Menschen, denen das Konto gehört, umkehrbar. ## 13Cookies und Analyse Die Website ocur.ai ist bewusst schlank: - ocur-theme und ocur-lang — merken sich deine Wahl von Hell/Dunkel und Sprache. Rein funktional, gesetzt nur, wenn du eine Wahl triffst. - **PostHog**-Produktanalyse, cookiefrei konfiguriert: Der Zustand bleibt im Arbeitsspeicher, es wird nichts auf deinem Gerät abgelegt, und wir erfahren, wie viele Menschen einen Abschnitt lesen — nicht, wer sie sind. Deshalb gibt es hier auch kein Cookie-Banner. - Keine Werbe-Cookies, keine Tracking-Pixel, kein seitenübergreifendes Profiling. Nie. Die Anwendung app.ocur.ai setzt zusätzlich die Sitzungs-Cookies, die nötig sind, um dich angemeldet zu halten. ## 14Kinder Ocur ist ein Produkt für Unternehmen und richtet sich nicht an Kinder. Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Personen unter 16 Jahren. Wenn du glaubst, dass uns ein Kind Daten gegeben hat, schreib an [privacy@ocur.ai](mailto:privacy@ocur.ai) — wir löschen sie. ## 15Änderungen dieser Erklärung Wir aktualisieren diese Erklärung, wenn sich das Produkt ändert. Das Datum oben sagt dir, welche Fassung du liest. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen — eine neue Datenkategorie, ein neuer Zweck, eine neue Empfängerart — informieren wir Kontoinhaber per E-Mail oder im Produkt, bevor die Änderung wirksam wird. Inhalt ## 01Die Vereinbarung Diese Nutzungsbedingungen (die „Bedingungen“) regeln deine Nutzung von **Ocur** — der Website ocur.ai, der Anwendung app.ocur.ai, der Ocur-Desktop-App, der API und der Messaging-Kanäle, über die Ocur erreichbar ist (zusammen der „Dienst“). Du beschreibst in normaler Sprache, was du willst; Ocur plant es, nutzt die Konnektoren und Werkzeuge, die du ihm gegeben hast, und meldet, was es getan hat. Du kannst es auf Zuruf laufen lassen oder definierte Aufgaben auf Autopilot stellen. Ocur ist ein Werkzeug, keine Person und keine Beratung. Es leistet keine Rechts-, Steuer-, Medizin- oder Finanzberatung und keine sonstige regulierte Beratung; nichts, was es ausgibt, darf als solche verstanden werden. ## 03Konten und Organisationen - Du musst mindestens 18 Jahre alt und geschäftsfähig sein. Der Dienst ist für die geschäftliche Nutzung gedacht. - Gib uns richtige Kontodaten und halte sie aktuell. Für alles, was unter deinem Konto geschieht, und für den Schutz deiner Zugangsdaten bist du verantwortlich. - In einem Organisations-Workspace steuern die Admins der Organisation Mitgliedschaft, Rollen, Konnektoren und das, was unbeaufsichtigt laufen darf. Sie sehen Inhalte und Prüfprotokoll des Workspace und können Mitglieder und Zugriffe entfernen. Hat dein Arbeitgeber den Workspace angelegt, kontrolliert er ihn — nicht du. - Melde uns unbefugte Zugriffe unverzüglich unter [security@ocur.ai](mailto:security@ocur.ai). ## 04Zulässige Nutzung Nutze Ocur nicht, um: - Gesetze zu brechen, Rechte Dritter zu verletzen oder anderen dabei zu helfen; - Spam zu versenden, täuschende Kampagnen zu fahren oder dich als andere Person oder Organisation auszugeben; - auf Konten, Systeme oder Daten zuzugreifen, für die du keine Berechtigung hast — auch nicht durch das Verbinden eines Drittkontos, das dir weder gehört noch von dir verwaltet wird; - gegen die Bedingungen eines verbundenen Dienstes zu verstoßen (Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub und die anderen haben eigene Regeln, und die gelten); - durch systematisches Abgreifen unserer Ausgaben ein konkurrierendes Modell oder Angebot zu bauen; - den Dienst auszuspähen, zu überlasten, seine Limits und Schutzmechanismen zu umgehen oder den Zugang ohne Vereinbarung mit uns weiterzuverkaufen; - Material zu erzeugen, das Kinder sexuell ausbeutet, zu Gewalt aufruft oder darauf angelegt ist, Menschen zu belästigen oder zu gefährden. Wir dürfen den Zugang sofort sperren, wenn die Nutzung ein rechtliches Risiko, ein Sicherheitsrisiko oder ein Risiko für andere Kunden schafft — und sagen dir, warum. ## 05Verbundene Konten Wer Gmail, Google Kalender, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion oder anderes verbindet, ermächtigt Ocur, im Rahmen der erteilten Berechtigungen in diesem Konto zu handeln. Du sicherst zu, dass du jedes Konto verbinden und Ocur darin handeln lassen darfst — gegebenenfalls auch im Namen deines Arbeitgebers und seiner Nutzer. Drittdienste werden von Dritten betrieben, nicht von uns. Für ihre Verfügbarkeit, ihre Änderungen und den Umgang mit Daten nach ihren eigenen Bedingungen sind wir nicht verantwortlich. Ändert oder streicht ein Anbieter seine API, kann sich die entsprechende Ocur-Funktion ändern oder entfallen. Du kannst jeden Dienst jederzeit in den Konnektor-Einstellungen trennen und den Zugriff zusätzlich beim Anbieter widerrufen — bei Google unter [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Was Ocur speziell mit Google-Daten tut, steht in der [Datenschutzerklärung](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#google). ## 06Automatisierung und Freigaben Standardmäßig warten folgenreiche Aktionen auf eine menschliche Freigabe. Du und deine Admins können das erweitern: Stellst du eine Aufgabe auf Autopilot, führt Ocur sie eigenständig nach Zeitplan aus, ohne jedes Mal zu fragen. **Diese Entscheidung liegt bei dir — und ihre Folgen ebenso.** Aktionen, die Ocur im Rahmen der von dir erteilten Berechtigungen ausführt, gelten als von dir vorgenommen. Fang eng an, lies das Prüfprotokoll und erweitere die Autonomie, wenn sich eine Aufgabe bewährt hat. Jede Aktion wird protokolliert, damit du siehst, was wann passiert ist. ## 07KI-Ausgaben Ocur nutzt große Sprachmodelle. Die können falsch, unvollständig oder überzeugend daneben liegen, und dieselbe Anfrage kann unterschiedliche Ergebnisse liefern. Ausgaben werden von uns nicht geprüft. **Prüfe alles, worauf es ankommt, bevor du dich darauf verlässt** — erst recht, bevor du es an Kunden schickst, ablegst, danach zahlst oder darauf eine Entscheidung stützt. Ähnliche Ausgaben können auch für andere Kunden entstehen; wir sagen keine Exklusivität an Ausgaben zu. ## 08Tarife, Kontingente und Abrechnung - **Free** gibt dir das volle Produkt mit einem monatlichen Kontingent an Ocur-Arbeit. Bezahlte Tarife (Team, Business und Enterprise nach Vereinbarung) erhöhen dieses Kontingent und schalten weitere Möglichkeiten frei. Die aktuellen Preise stehen im [Preisbereich](https://ocur.ai/de#pricing) unserer Startseite. - Bezahlte Tarife werden monatlich im Voraus per Karte über Stripe abgerechnet und verlängern sich automatisch bis zur Kündigung. Kunden in der EU zahlen in Euro, alle anderen in US-Dollar. - Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich Umsatzsteuer und sonstiger Abgaben, die wir ausweisen, wo wir müssen. Gilt das Reverse-Charge-Verfahren, gib uns eine gültige USt-IdNr. - Kontingente werden in Tokens an Modellarbeit gemessen und setzen sich zu jeder Abrechnungsperiode zurück. Sie verfallen und werden nicht übertragen. Ist ein Kontingent aufgebraucht, kann Ocur die Arbeit bis zur nächsten Periode oder bis zu einer Aufstockung pausieren. - Jederzeit kündbar — der Tarif läuft bis zum Ende der bezahlten Periode und verlängert sich dann nicht. Bereits gezahlte Beträge werden nicht erstattet, soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes vorschreibt. - Preisänderungen kündigen wir mindestens 30 Tage vor deiner nächsten Verlängerung an. Bist du nicht einverstanden, kündige vor dem Wirksamwerden. ## 09Deine Inhalte und unser IP **Deine Inhalte bleiben deine** — alles, was du in Ocur gibst, und alles, was es für dich erzeugt. Du räumst uns nur das Recht ein, das wir brauchen, um den Dienst für dich zu erbringen: diese Inhalte zu hosten, zu verarbeiten und zu übermitteln, auch an die in der [Datenschutzerklärung](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#ai) genannten Modellanbieter, um die von dir gewünschten Funktionen zu liefern. Mehr nicht. **Wir trainieren keine Modelle mit deinen Inhalten**, und unseren Anbietern ist das vertraglich untersagt. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, die Rechte an den Inhalten zu haben, die du Ocur gibst, und dafür, dass die auf deine Anweisung erzeugten Inhalte rechtmäßig verwendet werden. Der Dienst selbst — Software, Oberfläche, Marke — gehört uns. Du erhältst ein beschränktes, nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für die Laufzeit dieser Bedingungen. Feedback, das du uns schickst, dürfen wir frei zur Verbesserung des Produkts verwenden. ## 10Datenschutz Wie wir mit personenbezogenen Daten umgehen, steht in der [Datenschutzerklärung](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy). Soweit wir personenbezogene Daten in deinem Auftrag als Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO verarbeiten, gilt unser Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag — fordere ihn unter [privacy@ocur.ai](mailto:privacy@ocur.ai) an, wir schicken ihn zur Unterzeichnung. Beide Seiten behandeln vertrauliche Informationen der jeweils anderen vertraulich, nutzen sie nur für die Zwecke dieser Vereinbarung und schützen sie mindestens so sorgfältig wie die eigenen. ## 11Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen Wir arbeiten daran, dass Ocur verfügbar und schnell bleibt, sagen in den Standardtarifen aber keinen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb zu. Wartung, Störungen bei Dritten und höhere Gewalt kommen vor. Enterprise-Vereinbarungen können ein konkretes Service-Level enthalten. Das Produkt entwickelt sich weiter: Wir ergänzen, ändern und stellen gelegentlich Funktionen ein. Die Kernfunktionen eines bezahlten Tarifs verschlechtern wir während einer bezahlten Periode nicht wesentlich, ohne dich zu informieren. Als Beta oder experimentell gekennzeichnete Funktionen sind genau das — ohne Gewähr, änderbar, jederzeit einstellbar. ## 12Laufzeit und Kündigung Diese Bedingungen gelten, solange du den Dienst nutzt. Du kannst jederzeit aufhören und dein Konto löschen. Wir dürfen ein Konto sperren oder beenden bei einem wesentlichen Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen (mit Ankündigung und, soweit der Verstoß behebbar ist, Gelegenheit zur Behebung), bei offenen Zahlungen oder wenn das Gesetz es verlangt. Mit der Beendigung endet der Zugang, und deine Inhalte werden nach den Fristen in der [Datenschutzerklärung](https://ocur.ai/de/privacy#retention) gelöscht. Exportiere vorher, was du brauchst — oder melde dich innerhalb von 30 Tagen bei uns, wir helfen. ## 13Gewährleistung Soweit gesetzlich zulässig und soweit in einer gesonderten schriftlichen Vereinbarung nichts ausdrücklich zugesagt ist, wird der Dienst **„wie besehen“** bereitgestellt. Wir sichern nicht zu, dass der Dienst fehlerfrei oder unterbrechungsfrei läuft oder dass seine Ausgaben richtig oder für deinen Zweck geeignet sind. ## 14Haftung Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haftet keine Seite für mittelbare Schäden, Neben-, Sonder-, Folge- oder Strafschadensersatz oder für entgangenen Gewinn, entgangene Einnahmen, entgangene Geschäfte oder Datenverlust — auch dann nicht, wenn sie auf die Möglichkeit solcher Schäden hingewiesen wurde. Unsere Gesamthaftung im Zusammenhang mit dem Dienst ist je Zwölfmonatszeitraum auf den höheren der folgenden Beträge begrenzt: die Entgelte, die du uns in diesem Zeitraum für den Dienst gezahlt hast, oder 100 USD. Nichts hiervon schließt eine Haftung aus, die gesetzlich nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann — etwa für Arglist und arglistige Täuschung, für vorsätzliches Fehlverhalten oder für Tod und Körperverletzung infolge Fahrlässigkeit. Bist du Verbraucher, bleiben deine zwingenden gesetzlichen Rechte nach dem Recht deines Wohnsitzstaates unberührt; nichts in diesem Abschnitt beschränkt Rechte, deren Beschränkung das Gesetz nicht zulässt. ## 15Freistellung Du stellst uns von Ansprüchen Dritter frei, die daraus entstehen, dass du den Dienst entgegen diesen Bedingungen oder geltendem Recht nutzt — einschließlich Ansprüchen wegen Inhalten, die du Ocur gegeben hast, wegen ohne Berechtigung verbundener Konten oder wegen Aktionen, die du unbeaufsichtigt zugelassen hast. ## 16Änderungen dieser Bedingungen Wir aktualisieren diese Bedingungen, wenn sich Produkt und Rechtslage ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir mindestens 30 Tage vorher per E-Mail oder im Produkt an. Nutzt du den Dienst danach weiter, gelten die neuen Bedingungen; bist du nicht einverstanden, kündige vor dem Wirksamwerden. Das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Fassung. ## 17Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand Es gilt das Recht des US-Bundesstaates Delaware unter Ausschluss des Kollisionsrechts und des UN-Kaufrechts. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand sind die Gerichte des Staates Delaware sowie die dort ansässigen Bundesgerichte; beide Seiten unterwerfen sich deren Zuständigkeit. Bist du Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der EU, im Vereinigten Königreich oder in der Schweiz, entzieht dir diese Rechtswahl nicht den Schutz zwingender Vorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaates; dort kannst du auch Klage erheben. Ocur prüft Bestellung, Lieferschein und Vertrag, bevor es den Lieferanten anruft. Die Demonstration verbindet Unterlagen, Gespräch und Nachbereitung in einer Aufgabe. Nenne für deine Aufgabe den Lieferanten oder Kunden, die relevanten Unterlagen und das gewünschte Ergebnis. Lass Unsicherheiten sichtbar, damit sie vor einer Zusage geprüft werden können. ## Festlegen, was Ocur zusagen darf Beschreibe die Freigabegrenze in der Aufgabe. Zum Beispiel: „Ruf den Lieferanten wegen der unvollständigen Lieferung an. Frage nach einem Nachliefertermin, aber leg mir eine vorgeschlagene Einigung vor, bevor du sie annimmst.“ Administratoren bestimmen, was eigenständig läuft und was auf Freigabe wartet. Ocur kann Anrufe annehmen und Gespräche innerhalb deiner Berechtigungen führen. Wichtige Entscheidungen folgen deinen Regeln. ## Gespräch und Nachbereitung zusammenhalten Du erhältst ein Gesprächsprotokoll, um den Verlauf prüfen zu können. Bitte Ocur, das Ergebnis zurückzubringen, Zusagen festzuhalten und den nächsten Schritt in den verbundenen Tools vorzubereiten. Ein Liefergespräch kann zu einem Kalendereintrag oder einer schriftlichen Bestätigung führen, wenn du diese Aktionen erlaubt hast. Das Lieferantenbeispiel zeigt einen Arbeitsablauf. Sign-in is handled for us by Clerk; we hold the resulting profile so we know whose workspace is whose. ### The content you give Ocur Everything you send it and everything it produces: chat messages and voice input, the files and documents you upload, the knowledge you add, the automations and tasks you set up, the memories you (or your admins) explicitly save, and the record of every run. ### Data from the accounts you connect Ocur can connect to Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts), Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Trello, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and to any tool you add yourself through a custom connector or an MCP server. Once you connect a service, Ocur reads and writes there strictly to carry out the work you asked for. [Section 4](https://ocur.ai/privacy#google) sets out the Google case in full. ### Usage and technical data Server logs (IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, the endpoint called), error diagnostics, the number of tokens a run consumed, and an audit trail of the actions Ocur took on your behalf — which is what makes the "every step on the record" promise real. ### Billing data Plan, invoices, billing country, VAT status. Card payments run through Stripe — **we never see or store full card numbers**. ### Website data Aggregate, cookie-free product analytics on ocur.ai. Because Gmail, Calendar and Drive are among the most sensitive things a company can hand over, this section spells out exactly what we ask for, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. ### Nothing is connected until you connect it Google access is per-service and opt-in. Connecting Gmail does not connect Drive; connecting Calendar does not connect Gmail. You grant each one from Ocur's connector settings, you see Google's own consent screen listing the permissions, and you can take any of them back at any time ([section 11](https://ocur.ai/privacy#controls)). ### The permissions we request, and why Scope What it allows Why Ocur needs it openid userinfo.email userinfo.profile Read the connected Google account's email address, name and profile picture. Answer "when am I free?", book the meeting, move it when the other side reschedules. drive Open, create, edit and organise files in the connected Drive. Do the work inside the actual document — reconcile the invoice sheet, update the deck, file the export where it belongs. We request the narrowest set of scopes that lets these features work end to end. If a feature stops needing a permission, we drop the permission. ### What we do with Google data - **We use it only to provide the features you asked for.** A run fetches what the task needs, does the task, and reports back. - **We do not keep a copy of your mailbox or your Drive.** Ocur has no background mirror of your Google account. What persists afterwards is the record of the run inside your workspace: the conversation, the result, the audit entry — plus anything you or your admin explicitly chose to save into company memory or the knowledge base. - **Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest** and used only to call Google on your behalf. - **Your workspace is isolated.** Google data from your account is never mixed with another customer's, and never used to answer another customer's question. Limited Use disclosure Ocur's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the [Limited Use requirements](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional-requirements-for-specific-api-scopes). In particular, **we do not use Google Workspace APIs, or any data obtained through them, to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.** Content from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive or Google Contacts is passed to our AI model providers only to carry out the specific task you requested, under contracts that forbid them from training their models on it (see [section 6](https://ocur.ai/privacy#ai)). ### What we never do with Google data - We never sell it, and we never transfer it to data brokers or information resellers. - We never use it for advertising, ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to the features you asked for. - We never use it to build a profile of you for anyone else's benefit. - No human at Ocur reads it, except in four narrow cases: with your explicit consent (for example when you ask us to look into a specific run), where it is strictly necessary for security or abuse investigations, where the law requires it, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised so that it no longer identifies anyone. ## 05How we use data, and on what legal basis Where your company is our customer, we process the content in your workspace **on your instructions, as a processor** — your company decides what goes in and what Ocur is allowed to do with it. Where we decide the purposes ourselves (running accounts, billing, keeping the service secure, improving the website), we are the controller. To answer you or complete a task, the relevant part of your content — your message, the document in question, the email thread it needs to read — is sent to a model provider, processed, and the result comes back. Today those providers are **Anthropic**, **OpenAI** and **Google** (Gemini), with **ElevenLabs** for speech when you use voice mode. - **They do not train on your content.** We use these providers under their business/API terms, which prohibit using data submitted through the API to train their models. - **We do not train models on your content either** — not our own models, and not fine-tunes of anyone else's. - **Only what the task needs is sent.** Ocur passes the relevant context for the job at hand, not your whole workspace. - **Model output can be wrong.** That is exactly why anything consequential waits for a human sign-off unless you have deliberately put that job on autopilot. ## 07Who we share data with We share data with the service providers that make Ocur work — nobody else. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement, may only act on our instructions, and gets only what it needs for its job. We never sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Beyond these providers, we disclose data only where the law requires it (a valid, binding legal request, which we review and push back on where we can), or in the event of a merger or acquisition — in which case you will be told before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy. ## 08Where your data lives Ocur runs on infrastructure in the **European Union**. Some of the providers above operate outside the EU, or support them from outside it. Where data reaches a country without an EU adequacy decision, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the technical measures in [section 10](https://ocur.ai/privacy#security). OcurAI, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, but that does not move your data: the systems that hold it run in the EU, and being a US company does not give anyone automatic access to it. We disclose data to authorities only against a valid, binding legal request, which we review and push back on where we can. ## 09How long we keep it Data Kept for Account and organisation data As long as the account exists; deleted when you delete it Conversations, files, memories, automations Until you delete them, or until the account is deleted Connector credentials and tokens Until you disconnect that service, or delete the account Audit log of actions taken on your behalf 180 days by default Server and security logs Up to 90 days Invoices and tax records As long as commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years in Germany) Encrypted backups Rolling window, at most 35 days, then overwritten When you delete something it is removed from the live systems immediately, and it ages out of the encrypted backups within the window above. ## 10How we protect it - **Encrypted in transit** (TLS) and **at rest**. - **Connector credentials get a second layer:** every access and refresh token is separately encrypted before it is written to the database, with a key held outside it. - **Tenant isolation.** Each workspace's data — including its memory container — is scoped to that workspace and cannot be reached from another. - **Least privilege inside Ocur.** Access to production is limited to the people who need it, and it is logged. - **Guardrails in the product itself.** Admins decide what may run unattended; everything else waits for approval, with a timeout, and every action is written to the audit trail. - **Breach notification.** If a breach affects your personal data, we notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours where the GDPR requires it, and we tell you without undue delay. The credentials we hold for it are deleted, and Ocur loses access immediately. ### Revoke at Google You can also withdraw Ocur's access from Google's side at any time, independently of us, at [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). The same is true of the equivalent settings at Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, Notion and every other service you have connected. ### Delete everything Deleting your account removes your profile, conversations, files, knowledge, memories, automations and stored credentials from our live systems, and they age out of the encrypted backups within the window in [section 9](https://ocur.ai/privacy#retention). If you would rather we did it for you, or you want written confirmation that it is done, email [privacy@ocur.ai](mailto:privacy@ocur.ai) and we will action it within 30 days. What we keep afterwards is only what the law forces us to keep, such as invoices. ## 12Your rights Under the GDPR you have the right to: - **Access** the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy. - **Rectify** anything inaccurate. - **Erase** your data (“the right to be forgotten”). - **Restrict** or **object to** processing based on our legitimate interests. - **Portability** — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. - **Withdraw consent** at any time, without affecting what was lawful before. - **Complain** to a data protection supervisory authority in your country. If you are an employee at a company that uses Ocur, your employer controls that workspace — we will point you to them and help them answer you. ### If you are in California We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — under the CCPA/CPRA or anything else. California residents can ask us to disclose, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and we will not discriminate against you for asking. It does not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Consequential actions wait for a human sign-off unless your organisation has explicitly put that specific job on autopilot, and everything Ocur does is recorded and reversible by the humans who own the account. ## 13Cookies and analytics The website at ocur.ai is deliberately light: - ocur-theme and ocur-lang — remember your dark/light and language choice. Strictly functional, set only when you make a choice. - **PostHog** product analytics, configured cookie-free: it keeps its state in memory only, writes nothing to your device, and tells us how many people read a section — not who they are. That is why you get no cookie banner here. - No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling. Ever. The application at app.ocur.ai additionally sets the session cookies it needs to keep you signed in. ## 14Children Ocur is a product for companies and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. For material changes — a new category of data, a new purpose, a new kind of recipient — we notify account holders by email or in the product before the change takes effect. You describe what you want in plain language; Ocur plans it, uses the connectors and tools you have given it, and reports what it did. You can run it on demand or leave defined jobs on autopilot. Ocur is a tool, not a person and not a professional adviser. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial or other regulated advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as such. ## 03Accounts and organisations - You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. The Service is intended for business use. - Give us accurate account details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. - In an organisation workspace, the organisation's admins control membership, roles, connectors and what may run unattended. They can see the workspace's content and audit trail, and they can remove members and revoke access. If your employer created the workspace, your employer — not you — controls it. - Tell us promptly at [security@ocur.ai](mailto:security@ocur.ai) if you suspect unauthorised access. ## 04Acceptable use Don't use Ocur to: - break the law, infringe someone's rights, or help someone else do either; - send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or impersonate a person or organisation; - access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access — including by connecting a third-party account you do not own or administer; - violate the terms of a service you connect (Google, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub and the rest each have their own rules, and they apply); - build a competing model or service by systematically extracting our outputs; - probe, scrape, overload or circumvent the Service's limits and safeguards, or resell access to it without our agreement; - produce material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or is designed to harass or endanger people. We may suspend access immediately where use of the Service creates a legal risk, a security risk, or a risk to other customers — and we will tell you why. ## 05Connected accounts Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion or anything else authorises Ocur to act inside that account on your behalf, within the permissions you granted. You confirm that you are entitled to connect each account and to let Ocur act in it — including, where relevant, on behalf of your employer and its users. Third-party services are operated by third parties, not by us. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or what they do with data under their own terms. If a provider changes or withdraws its API, the corresponding Ocur feature may change or stop. You can disconnect any service at any time in Ocur's connector settings, and revoke access from the provider's side as well — for Google, at [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). What Ocur does with data from Google in particular is set out in [the Privacy Policy](https://ocur.ai/privacy#google). ## 06Automation and approvals By default, consequential actions wait for a human to approve them. You and your admins can widen that: put a job on autopilot and Ocur will carry it out on its own schedule, without asking each time. **That choice is yours, and so are its consequences.** Actions Ocur takes within the permissions you granted are treated as taken by you. Start narrow, read the audit trail, and widen autonomy once a job has proved itself. Every action is logged so you can see what happened and when. ## 07AI output Ocur uses large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken, and the same request can produce different results. Output is not verified by us. **Check anything that matters before you rely on it** — especially before sending it to a customer, filing it, paying against it or making a decision on it. Similar output may be generated for other customers; we make no claim of exclusivity in output. ## 08Plans, allowances and billing - **Free** gives you the full product with a monthly allowance of Ocur-work. Paid plans (Team, Business, and Enterprise by agreement) raise that allowance and add capabilities. Current prices are on the [pricing section](https://ocur.ai/#pricing) of our home page. - Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. EU customers are billed in euro; others in US dollars. - Prices are exclusive of VAT and other taxes, which we add where we must. If a reverse-charge applies, give us a valid VAT ID. - Allowances are measured in tokens of model work and reset each billing period. They do not roll over. Where an allowance runs out, Ocur may pause work until the next period or until you top up. - Cancel any time — the plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Except where the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. - We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you don't accept the change, cancel before it takes effect. ## 09Your content and our IP **Your content stays yours** — everything you put into Ocur and everything it produces for you. You grant us only the licence we need to run the Service for you: to host, process and transmit that content, including to the model providers listed in the [Privacy Policy](https://ocur.ai/privacy#ai), in order to deliver the features you asked for. Nothing more. **We do not train models on your content**, and our providers are contractually prohibited from doing so. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you give Ocur, and for the content Ocur produces on your instruction being used lawfully. The Service itself — the software, the interface, the branding — belongs to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these Terms are in force. Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve the product. ## 10Data protection How we handle personal data is set out in the [Privacy Policy](https://ocur.ai/privacy). Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor under Article 28 GDPR, our data processing agreement applies — request it at [privacy@ocur.ai](mailto:privacy@ocur.ai) and we will send it for signature. Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential, uses it only for the purposes of this agreement, and protects it at least as carefully as its own. ## 11Availability and changes We work to keep Ocur available and fast, but we don't promise uninterrupted service on the standard plans. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure happen. Enterprise agreements can include a specific service level. The product evolves: we add, change and occasionally retire features. We won't materially degrade a paid plan's core functionality during a paid period without telling you. Features marked beta or experimental are exactly that — provided as is, and they may change or disappear. ## 12Term and termination These Terms run for as long as you use the Service. You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms (with notice and, where the breach can be fixed, a chance to fix it), for unpaid fees, or where the law requires it. On termination, access ends and your content is deleted in line with the retention rules in the [Privacy Policy](https://ocur.ai/privacy#retention). Export what you need first — or ask us within 30 days and we will help. ## 13Warranty disclaimer Except where the law says otherwise and except for anything expressly promised in a separate written agreement, the Service is provided **“as is”**. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its output will be accurate or fit for your purpose. ## 14Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data — even if it was told such damage was possible. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us for the Service in that period or USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence are unaffected, and nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not permit to be limited. ## 15Indemnity You will hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law — including claims about content you gave Ocur, accounts you connected without authority, or actions you allowed Ocur to take unattended. ## 16Changes to these terms We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't accept them, cancel before they take effect. The date at the top tells you which version is current. ## 17Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. Ocur checks the order, delivery note and contract before calling the supplier. The demonstration shows how a task can move across connected records, a conversation and a follow-up. For your own job, name the relevant supplier or customer, identify the source documents and explain the outcome you want. Keep uncertain information visible so it can be checked before a commitment is made. ## Set what Ocur may agree to State the approval boundary in the task. For example: “Call the supplier about the short delivery. Ask for a redelivery date, but bring any proposed settlement back to me before accepting.” Administrators can set what runs independently and what waits for sign-off. Ocur can answer calls and handle the conversation within the permissions you set; the important decisions remain subject to your rules. ## Keep the conversation and follow-up together The phone workflow gives you a transcript, so you can review the conversation. Ask Ocur to bring back the outcome, record any commitment and prepare the next step in the connected tools. A call about a delivery can lead to a calendar entry or a written confirmation when those actions are allowed. The supplier example is a demonstration of the workflow. Give Ocur the first job: “Find the three invoices we are still owed and draft the reminders.” It can check the connected sources and prepare the next step while you stay in charge of what gets sent. ## Start with the evidence Connect the accounts that contain the relevant invoices, files and correspondence. Ask Ocur to identify the unpaid invoices from those sources and show the evidence for each one. Include the period, customer or folder when that helps narrow the task. Make the source clear. An email saying a payment is expected is not the same as evidence that it arrived. The financial ledgers described on the homepage tie records to real activity; review the underlying information before approving a reminder. ## Draft a reminder with context Ask Ocur to consider the existing customer conversation before drafting a message. Specify the tone, the invoice details to include and whether a colleague must review it. A useful first task ends with drafts you can inspect. Example: “Check these invoices against the customer threads. Draft a polite reminder for each unpaid item, include the invoice reference, and wait for my approval before sending.” ## Make follow-up a recurring job Once the first run works, a paid plan can run the job on a schedule. Define the connected sources, timing, approval boundary and where you want the report. Ocur tracks commitments and keeps the work on the record. Set the rules for exceptions too: a disputed invoice, a promised payment date or an uncertain status can come back to you for a decision. Payment recovery depends on the customer and the evidence; a reminder is a workflow, not a guaranteed collection result. ## Try it on a small set Start with a few invoices and review the drafts.
